Air Distributors Company is pleased to announce replacement chassis for the McQuay Type K cooling chassis, heat section, control box, cabinet and wall sleeve. These items can be purchased separately, so you only replace what you need.

The Type K has been around since 1958 and has proven to be a reliable and long lasting solution for many applications including hotels, motels, nursing homes, hospitals, condos, office buildings, and more. The Type K was made under many brand names including McQuay, Remington, Singer, and Climate Control. Model numbers generally begin with K, EK, MEK, or PKES. Only McQuay offers the exact replacement and same high quality and institutional grade components as the original.

McQuay Type K Replacement Condenser Motor

McQuay Parts has designed a new direct replacement condenser motor for use on Type K Incremental units. The new motor, part number 803024020, replaces the original motor of the same number.

The 803024020 was discontinued for a short time, but due to demand was re-designed, and is in stock and ready to ship.

Drop In Replacement

The wiring and mount are identical, making replacement a breeze. This motor is a McQuay Factory Authorized replacement part. The usage for this motor are Model K/EK, 7, 10, or 12000 BTU, 208 or 230 V, vintage F.

The new McQuay Applied PTAC/PTHP is now available. With a broad selection of features and options, the McQuay Applied PTAC is an excellent choice for both new construction or replacement of existing McQuay 16″ x 44″ units.

The 16″ x 42″ McQuay Applied PTAC can be used for new construction, or as a direct replacement for most common 16″ x 42″ units.
