Being one of our main product lines, we stock a ton of parts, maybe
a ton & a half. Opinions vary, and we've never felt compelled to
weigh the stuff to find out for sure. One thing is certain, a large
part of our warehouse seems to be taken up by McQuay and American Air

Zoneaire, formerly part of Inter City Products, was purchased by Friedrich
in 1995. Two of the most common units, the CSM/CHP, and the SC/RM, were
obsoleted in the late 80's and early 90's. Fortunately, parts and replacement
units are still available. If that is wonderful enough in itself, parts
and replacement units are kept in stock! Some of the names these products
were sold under include:

The CSM/CHP units were 18 5/16" high and 32" wide. The SC/RM
series chassis were 15" high and 36" wide.
One of the most common of all PTAC units, the Zoneline has not changed
physical dimensions since it was first introduced. What this means is,
regardless of how old your existing Zonelines are, the new models will
fit your existing sleeves perfectly. They will also fit Amana, Trane,
and Carrier sleeves. And for you folks on a tight budget, we also have
Scratch & Dent units. These are fully functional units with full
mechanical warranty. Appearance defects are not warranted, but the thing's
in a sleeve, so who cares! Nobody will ever know the difference, and
you get to save some cash. What a deal!
Equiguard Extended Service Agreements
We try to sell only top quality products, but even the best can't be
perfect. But when something does go wrong, it should not have to be
at your expense. That's why we offer the Equiguard extended service
agreement. You can extend your warranty on new equipment as long as
ten years. We have service agreements to suit every need. Parts only,
parts & labor, labor only, whatever you need. You can use the contractor
of your choice, or if you have qualified personnel, be set up as your
own service center and be paid to do your own service work. Instead
of mechanical problems costing you money, you can actually make money.
